These days laid the foundation for a career marked by diverse challenges and victories.

The evolution from call center troubleshooter to IT administrator was as surprising as it was profound. In Charlotte, NC, I found myself orchestrating the digital needs of a car dealership, a role that quickly escalated to managing the IT operations for a network of ten locations. 

My path then veered towards creative horizons as I joined a cadre of IT aficionados. It was here that web development transcended from a mere interest to a fervent passion. Each challenge became a puzzle, demanding but thrilling, igniting my passion for problem-solving with artistic craftsmanship.

In the face of the global pandemic, my professional story intertwined with the intricate world of cybersecurity and DevOps.
